Yes, you can use a different courier from the one indicated by us. However, note that in this case, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipping costs and any damage or loss of the the products during the return shipment.
Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process. The time it takes for the refund to be processed depends on the payment method you used when placing your order. Generally, refunds are completed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned item. Please keep in mind that the refund may take longer to appear in your account, depending on the payment method.
